(Intro by Tom Cooper)
Good morning everybody!
Remaining focused on this war is getting harder by the day, isn’t it?
You see, when there are no other news - usually because one has successfully dodged about 95% of news from this war - then the ‘news of the day’ is how the Russians are attempting to increase the production of their T-90 tanks, and this ‘automatically’ means they intend to ‘recreate their tank reserves’ and thus continue presenting a threat for NATO…
I mean: if one has nothing better to do on Sunday afternoon, yes, that’s 1000% truth, nothing but the truth, might whoever help us. If one is serious, and continues reading, it turns out the Russians might have managed to put together 540-630 T-90s since 2022, and are currently planning to manufacture 428 T-90s - in the Year 2028. All provided they might manage to scratch enough parts and Western electronics for them. And lets not go into how many of these are going to end in the Rosgvardia, not in the Russian Army, because Pudding’s priority is the protection of his own regime, not fighting NATO (at least not the way NATO would prefer Russia to fight NATO)…
But, seriously: these ‘hordes’ of new T-90s, real or not, are certain to become a serious problem - for example for the Austrian Bundesheer, if this would try to defend Floridsdorf (is the northernmost district of Vienna; ‘the one across the Danube’). Through not because of the sheer number of tanks, but because the Austrian Minister of Defence remains convinced she’s creating miracles and deserving the highest decoration the state can offer (for courage, or whatever else) when preparing a rapid intervention force of 2,000 troops, ready to ‘repel any kind of an invasion from abroad’…
OK, OK: then lets try it with some other, serious-serious, news.
A much more serious threat for NATO - and then awful threat, deadly threat - is that from the Russian non-conventional warfare. Where, yes, people still tend to support this conclusion through talking about Russia’s ongoing sabotage and drone activities against military bases in Europe, perhaps even the USA. Not about Pudding’s bribing of incompetent and corrupt politicians. For example in the USA, UK, Germany, France… But, you know, one can’t talk about the former: that’s not sexy. And so unimportant, so irrelevant, even if caught, the politicians only get a slap on their fingers, no prison sentences measured in years - despite obvious treachery. Therefore, that’s hardly mentioned in any reports by the mainstream media.
…all provided corrupt politicians are investigated and prosecuted at all…
…besides, and hand on heart: what are the Ukrainian fight for naked survival, or Israel’s genocide on Palestinians - in comparison to the ‘phase zero’ in the Russia’s plan to effect a downfall of NATO? Nothing. The former is boring, and the later absolutely irrelevant. Even more so considering the latter is now ‘over’, because ‘Hamas released the hostages’…
Ah yes, and: please inform me if any pharma corporation began manufacturing sanity pills.
Reason?
Well, firstly, three big mugs of cappuccino in the morning are not enough any more. Secondly, I’m an awful person, fundamentally dishonest person, avoiding facts and writing trash. Would like to improve, though. For example: through learning to avoid the irrelevant and focusing on what matters - so I can live in the same fool’s paradise like so many others (especially those winning all the possible elections, the last few years)…
Over to Don….

Sumy/Belgorod
Russian targets were attacked in Oleksiivka, and a house there was bombed. Ukraine is in control of southern Yunakivka again. Two Russians cross the Loknya river to surrender but are killed by Russian drone attacks.
A US-made gun was destroyed 12 km from the front.
A maternity hospital in Sumy was targeted by a drone. Must’ve been a militant maternity hosptial: ask the Israelis, they’re experts in creating such explanations…
To the east of Sumy, Russians proudly post a video of their new EW system, 25 km from the border. It was not difficult to geolocate.
Drone-dropped mines kill a Russian soldier in a car and wounds two others in Belgorod.
Ukraine says one of their Buk-M1 SAMs shot down an Iskander-K cruise missile.
***
Mylove
South of Mylove, two Russians make it to Odradne, 2700 meters from the border. There’s no word if they’re still there. Various Russian targets are hit around Mylove.
***
Kupiansk
Some Russians in civilian clothes approach the city without weapons, just radios, and loot rifles and equipment off the dead bodies before hiding in basements. When they hear a generator, they know it’s a Ukrainian position, so they attack it, loot the bodies and move somewhere else. There is no control of territory, just constant patrolling and ambushing by both sides.
There isn’t a lot of information in the Kupiansk area but Ukrainian drone attacks are still happening in the northern half of the city. Ukraine’s 8th SOF troops were fighting north of the city. From their location, they were able to intercept Russian troops trying to move into the city.
A Russian commander ordered his troops in civilian clothes to shoot civilians in order to spread panic. Three civilians were killed.
21 km from the front, a Russian EW system is destroyed. The 92nd Assault Brigade destroyed an S-400 radar.

Terny
Another contingent of 8th SOF troops captured one Russian infiltrator and eliminated others in Yampil. Ukraine continues to destroy crossings over the Zherebets river.
***
Kostiantynivka
Russian attacks are continuing from southeast of Kostiantynivka and creating a larger gray zone. Hoping that strong winds and rains suppressed drone operations, Russia tried a mechanized attack and lost 18 armored vehicles to the Border Guards Phoenix drone unit.
At Oleksandro-Kalynove, the Russians kept sending small assaults that are constantly eliminated. They are now short of troops and have 8-10 soldiers for each 100-200 meters of front, and about 5-6 of these troops are wounded. They sit there for two weeks without reinforcement or rotations. It would be a good situation for a Ukrainian counterattack but,
a) Ukraine lacks troops and heavy equipment on its own, and
b) Ukraine still has troops south of the reservoir that are short on supplies.
Of course, it would make sense for Ukraine to counter attack to reopen supply paths or withdraw, but Zele has forgotten his cancellation of ‘no step back’ order, from sometimes the last winter, while Syrsky finds it’s more important to hold unfavorable terrain.
