“Today, Ukraine, some industries, need as an air of specialists. This is the defense industry, and the military-industrial branch, these are other industries. We have a shortage of professionals, we have a shortage of specialists, and most of them Ukraine is ready to reserve from military service. That is why we plan to deploy such centers that will help in the search for vacancies in Ukraine and in the country where Ukrainians live. These job centers will be able to provide services and encourage you to choose one or another professional path in Ukraine. I am sure that Ukrainian men want this, they want to benefit, if he is not ready to continue his path in the military direction, he can offer himself as a specialist — and for this there is a certain mechanism, it just needs to be used,” Minister Chernyshov said.

At the same time, he confirmed that “men mainly have to protect Ukraine at this moment.”
