Zelensky sanctioned Shufrich, Boyko and Muraev

President Volodymyr Zelensky on January 19 signed a decree that gives force to the decision of the National Security Council on sanctions against propagandists working for Russia, as well as depriving a number of pro-Russian figures of state awards.

“Just signed a decree that gives force to the decision of the National Security Council on sanctions.

We block propagandists who work for Russia, those who have crossed over to the side of the enemy, and those who help Russia continue the war.

We also continue to deprive state awards — only those who really devote their lives to Ukraine deserve the title Hero of Ukraine. We are now preparing new sanctions decisions. They will be soon,” Zelensky said in the appeal.

The decree says that the president deprived the awards and blocked the assets of politicians and media, in particular, politicians Nestor Shufrich, Yuriy Boyka, Evgeny Muraev, Oleg Voloshyna, Petr Symonenko, former deputy head of “Strana.ua” Svetlana Kryuk Russian oligarch Konstantin Grigoryshina.

There are 18 such people in total.
